Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

• A non-refundable deposit of $800 USD is required to reserve a space on the expedition •100% of the expedition cost (balance) is due 60 days prior to the expedition start date

CANCELLATION POLICY: 


•All cancellations made more than 90 days before expedition will receive a full refund minus a processing fee ONLY if the space is rebooked and the trip is full. 


•Cancellations made within 90 days of departure will not be refunded

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

It is strongly recommended that each guest purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage, and trip cancellation/interruption insurance. We will not be responsible for any financial disappointments caused by reasons beyond our control. In the event that it be deemed necessary for us to cancel or interrupt an expedition due to “acts of nature” beyond our control, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
